Lastly we will define what chiropractic is and how it fits into the overall healthcare team. Exercise For Health Workshop:
Motion is a necessary nutrient for creating and maintaining optimal health. In this workshop we will show you the most effective and least time intensive ways in which to keep your spine and extremities loose and yet still maintain strength. We will also review why exercise is a great way to lose weight and appear younger. Lastly, we will work on implementation strategies so that exercise can become a habit rather than an chore.
Stress Managment Workshop:
Learn how to not just put up with life's challenges and deal with it, but thrive under pressure in this life changing workshop. This event focuses on teaching you the 3 keys to navigating a stressful day or event. You will also learn the importance of the "stress response" and it's enormous implications on overall health. Lastly you will leave with a sense of empowerment because you will have been given the tools necessary to control your stress on a daily basis.
What To Eat Workshop:

In this workshop we will discuss the food guide pyramid, two dangerous nutrient deficiencies that most people have, and specifically what foods a human being needs in order to obtain health. We will also talk about 8 amazing rules of thumb that if applied will automatically lead you toward better health. Lastly, we will discuss how to implement these positive changes into your lifestlye so that you can feel great about the food choices you are making.
